Marla Coffin is the co-founder of MARDA Management Inc., where she successfully scaled the company into a leading local property management firm. Leveraging her entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision, she has since vertically integrated a suite of complementary businesses to strengthen and support the core operations of MARDA.
Through her journey, Marla uncovered her greatest strength: guiding other entrepreneurs through the complexities of growth. Drawing from real-world experience—both wins and missteps—she equips business owners with the tools, shortcuts, and strategic insight they need to scale smarter and lead stronger.
This passion led to the creation of The Growth Arena, a transformative venture that supports small and medium-sized business owners in scaling operations, developing leadership teams, and exiting the day-to-day without needing to sell. In addition to leading the finance team at MARDA, Dale oversees the financial operations of the vertically integrated businesses within their growing family of companies.
With a sharp eye for opportunity and a disciplined approach to growth, Dale has played a key role in building and diversifying their real estate portfolio.
